Jeep 1997 Grand Cherokee LOW LOW miles! 4X4 for winter!

All time 4x4 great for the winter. Approx 113,000 mi. On it. Air cond, CC,PS, AM/FM/cd stereo, dual power heated leather seats, PW, alloy wheels, roof rack, PDL, dual front air bags, privacy glass, TW, abs (4 - wheel), radio control on steering wheel, moon roof, msg center. The seats are in very good cond. The v8 eng. Is very strong and it runs good. It does need a tune up but just passed inspection last mo. Just replaced brakes and rotors and tire tread is ok. The blue book value on this car in fair cond is $5065. I am asking $4450/BO.
